even though this was my new years resolution from last year, i finally completed it.

i got into the newspapers on account of my art. YEEESS so awesome

yea, these past few weeks have been rather busy-- and the highlight of it was when my buddy lee came down with her class to the met, and we were able to meet for the first time. we went around times square and chelsea namely (to see sva), and though it was shrot lived we had a good time. (and ended up in queens! man my sense of direction is awesome)

exams were last week, and i think i'm feeling really content about how i did. probably cause i didn't stress at all... no big deal.

sva had a book sale... got five brand new books for two dollars.

had a director from adult swim come talk to us in class about the industry. got a great response about my newest script. so far it seems as if i am making straight a's.

uhmm... preparing for the nfaa. got my tickets and everything (all expenses paid!). sounds awesome so far and i am psyched.

working on storyboards... and my aunt and uncle are coming down from maryland today, so i am preparing to meet up with them around five at penn station. they are taking me to see the rockettes and the blue man group, so i'm gonna be kept busy. i also got all the things that sputnik needs for the winter break, and am gonna drop him off at kat's on tuesday. : ( gonna miss the little guy.

from what it sounds like so far from talkin with my mom, i'm gonna be spending a lot of time at the movies when i come home. but i am ready to go home for a while. i love the city, but a break is always nice.

i am a moron

well lately i have been rather lonely and depressed.

i guess this is what happens when i get lonely and depressed. i buy a pet.

definitely not my smartest move. but i love the little guy. he doesn't quite trust me yet, but he's quite happily chewing on a peanut.

aaaand... painting i did last night.

winter in nyc is rather boring. and cold. i'm really kind of wanting to see central park after the snow fall, though

and to proove that i have been working (on things that i'm not supposed to be)...

got back to school yesterday. at 5 am. yeah, after leaving my house at 4 pm. fun shit.

i had a rather adventurous time at the airport. besides the whole taxi driver not having money to split a 100 (after he told me he did) and the credit card machine not working thing, being delayed for five hours and having the gate to my plane changed three times as i spilled my soda all over myself, and the insane new yorker who kept following me around ranting about how much laguardia sucks, the rest will go in comic form





yeah. i hate travelling.

i will say tho that the chicago midway airport is awesome on the sole fact that there is real grumman f4f wildcat hanging from the ceiling.

on a lighter note though, the weakerthan's new album is awesome.

this is me enjoying my delicious bahn mi that i got in chinatown today with friends. a fucking foot long, delicious sandwhich for three bucks <33 i am in looove.

afterwards, my friend took me and another friend of mine to the elizabeth centre... which was kinda like this underground japanese/anime mall. i couldn't help it when i saw this. i really couldn't. i begged to borrow money and bought it.



today was fun. : D my room mate moved out a few days ago, so... dunno what's up with that. but i'm going home tomorrow and am psyched. i miss my family. and my bed.
